Are twin-sheet, heavy-guage thermoformed pallets manufactured using high density polyethylene. These pallets are ideal in downstream applications like distribution centers. pallets are proven to exceed 500 cycles in a closed-loop system.

In twin sheet thermoforming, also known as vacuum forming, we form two different parts, which are then fused together into a single assembly. This is ideal for:
· Containers and pallets that require high strength and durability
· Pallets and trays that require different configurations on the top and bottom trays
· Applications which require special formulations or colors
We have one of the largest selections of standard twin sheet pallets, ranging from 25" by 31.5" up to 54" by 48.25". Most are available with optional “seat belt” restraint systems and can be produced in a variety of colors.

Our lightweight, twin-sheet thermoformed high-density polyethylene pallet performs all the functions of the wooden pallet it replaced without product damage, frequent and costly repairs, and the growing problem of wood disposal.
